Our Story
Osteria Valdoro began as a small family kitchen in 1998, inspired by the hills of Tuscany and the markets of Rome. Our founder, Chef Marco Valdoro, brought with him the recipes of three generations — slow-cooked ragù, hand-rolled pasta, and the belief that a great meal should never be rushed.
Today, we remain true to those roots. Every dish is made from scratch, every ingredient is sourced with care, and every guest is welcomed like family.
